Administrator's Message

The administrator reports to the Simpcw Council and is responsible the preparations of the financial statements, maintaining cash controls, supervising the payroll and personnel administration and management of the office. The main priorities are to:

  • Increase capacity development with the administration staff
  • Work and succession plans for all staff
  • Ensure policies, codes and/or manuals at assist with the governance and administration of the band
  • Increase community support and involvement in the services and programs provided by the band
  • Continue improvement to our information technology
  • Ensure the implementation of the above noted priorities and for the continuous growth and sustainability of the band
